Dr. Felix Leibrock was born in 1960 and studied German Language Studies, Music, and History and gained a PhD in New German Literature. After further studies of Theology, he moved to the Goethe capital of Weimar. Today, he works as a Protestant pastor, director of studies at the Protestant Academy in Wittenberg, visiting lecturer at the Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena, as a publicist, and organizer of literary events.
Leibrock knows South Tyrol well from numerous trips, climbing tours and mountain expeditions. His crime thriller Almrausch created a criminalistic setting in Italy’s northernmost province for numerous capital offenses.
The psychiatrist Dr. Gabriella Pacella is found dead in her practice – murdered. The recently promoted detective Felix Waldner has to now stand the test. But this is just the first in a series of complicated investigations. In a mountain cottage, the head of a murdered Tibetica dealer is found in a cooking pot. In his search for answers, Waldner asks the question: is there a connection between the two cases?
